These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Snakes and Ladders: Board Game (the "App"), developed by App For India ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on your own Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You can play as a guest or sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and Google account secure. Guest progress may be lost if you uninstall the App or change devices without signing in.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, or use bots, mods or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploit bugs or interfere with the App's servers or other players' games
- Use offensive, abusive or misleading player names or behaviour in online play
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
4. Virtual items
Coins, money and other in-game items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. They are part of the game only, and we may change or reset them as needed to maintain the game.
5. Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for websites or products they link to.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, graphics, code and content, belongs to App For India and is protected by copyright and other laws. Snakes and Ladders: Board Game is an independent game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other board game brand.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
8. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App For India is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress or data, arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
